1. Services offered

Piso e Tierra Experiences offers tourism services in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, including accommodation, guided tours, culinary and farm experiences, and transportation, subject to availability.

2. Bookings

Bookings are considered confirmed only once the client receives written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from us and, when applicable, after payment of the requested deposit or full amount.

3. Payments

Accepted payment methods and the amount required to confirm a booking will be communicated directly when coordinating your request through our WhatsApp +506 8780-3830. Prices may be subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, refund, and date-change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and may vary depending on the type of service and season.

5. Client responsibility

The client is responsible for providing truthful and complete information when booking, as well as for following the safety instructions provided during tours and outdoor activities.

6. Limitation of liability

Piso e Tierra Experiences acts with due diligence in organizing its services and, when applicable, in coordinating with external providers (transportation, guides, lodging). However, we will not be liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Piso e Tierra Experiences and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
