The Self-Guided Tour is perfect for guests who prefer to explore at their own pace and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the rainforest. While you may encounter wildlife along the way, animal sightings are never guaranteed, as they are wild and move freely throughout the forest.

Guided Tour

Our Guided Tour with a Certified Naturalist Guide offers a richer experience. Your guide is trained to spot wildlife that is often difficult to see, explain the rainforest ecosystem, and share fascinating facts about the plants, animals, and history of the area. This greatly increases your chances of observing wildlife and understanding the unique biodiversity of the rainforest.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy: To guarantee your reservation, 100% of the payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity time. Reservations that have not been paid in full within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the activity start time will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of advance notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. If the activity must be cancelled due to safety, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, rescheduling or full refund options will be provided.
